Next to the basically adherent cell cultivation the new integrated devices, ALPs and processes allowed the further cultivation of suspension cells and the manufacturing of 3D cell constructs (alginate beads, spheroid cultures, pellet cultures). The processes were manually and automatically performed to evaluate the automatic translation. The consequently bioscreenings by the High Throughput Screening System enabled the quality control.
