CONCLUSION: SD-OCT is non invasive imaging method that allowed high-resolution, descriptive morphological evaluation of the corneal structure and a wide range of corneal pathologies. The CCT measurement with SD-OCT showed a very good correlation with both Scheimpflug camera and AC Master and could be used as an alternative in the CCT.
