TY - BOOK AU - Reiser, Daniel PY - 2025 DA - 2025// TI - Evaluation of memristor-based computer architectures: bridging the gap between devices and systems PB - Universität Rostock CY - Germany; Rostock AB - Memristive devices promise energy-efficient, memory-centric computing but are challenged by high variability. This thesis introduces the Discrete Stochastic Model (DStM), a measurement-driven approach achieving 84% higher accuracy and 100x faster simulation than existing models. Integrated into the modular virtual prototyping platform (MeSSi), these contributions enable technology-aware exploration of memristor-based architectures. Ultimately, this work establishes a scalable, reliability-focused methodology for designing the next generation of non-volatile memory and computing systems.
