This study aimed to evaluate fatigue prevalence, explore its associations and identify biomarkers in LC patients while observing the effect of intensified nutritional therapy. Among 56 LC patients, 68 % experienced fatigue, linked to anxiety, depression and loneliness. Key predictors of fatigue in LC patients included gait speed, waist circumference and Insulin-like growth factor-1. Intensified nutritional therapy may help alleviate fatigue presenting potential investigation area.
