Firstly, a phosphonium salt and two bifunctional phosphonium salts bearing perfluorinated side chains were prepared for the preparation of cyclic carbonate. Subsequently, phosphonium internal salt and a phosphonium methylcarbonate saltcatalyzed selectively reductive C-N bond formation reaction between amines and CO2 as C1-source with hydrosilanes as reducing agent were developed.
