AB  - Ein Gradingsystem mit Merkmalen des Tumor-Buddings und der zellulären Dissoziation der Tumorzellen liefert beim Plattenepithelkarzinom des Penis wesentlich bessere prognostische Informationen als ein Gradingsystem, das auf die zelluläre Atypie basiert. Die Sensitivität, Spezifität und die positiven und negativen prädiktiven Werte für pN waren bei CDG signifikant höher als bei WHO-G. pN zeigte eine hochsignifikante Assoziation mit CDG, aber keine statistisch signifikante Assoziation mit WHO-G.CDG kann in die Entscheidung über eine inguinale Lymphadenektomie beim Peniskarzinom helfen.<ger>
