AB  - Durch eine Ileozökalresektion wurde ein Kurzdarmsyndrom in Wildtyp und Nod2 knockout Mäusen erzeugt. Der Verlauf wurde anhand klinischer Parameter (Gewicht, Wellnessscore, Stuhlkonsistenz), histomorphologischer Parameter (Zottenlänge, Kryptentiefe) und der mRNA-Expression von NHE3, DRA und CFTR sowie dem antimkrobiellen Peptids Lysozym beurteilt.<ger>
