  <abstract type="Summary">In this thesis the search for the decay Lambda(b) -&gt; K- mu+ is presented using the Run I data of the LHCb experiment. The decay offers an approach to describe the matter antimatter asymmetry in our universe according to the Sakharov conditions that require the violation of the baryon and lepton number. In the underlying including about 50 billion Lambda(b) decays no signal events are observed and an upper limit of 1.95x10E-9 on the branching ratio is determined at a confidence level of 90%.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">In dieser Arbeit wird die Suche nach dem Zerfall Lambda(b) -&gt; K- mu+ mit den Run-I-Daten des LHCb Experiments präsentiert. Der Zerfall bietet einen Ansatz zur Beschreibung der Materie-Antimaterie Asymmetrie in unserem Universum anhand der Sacharow-Kriterien, die die Verletzung der Baryon- und Leptonzahl fordern. In dem zugrundeliegenden Datensatz mit etwa 50 Milliarden Lambda(b) Zerfällen wurden keine Signalereignisse beobachtet und eine obere Grenze von 1.95x10E-9 auf das Verzweigungsverhältnis bestimmt bei einem Konfidenzlevel von 90%.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
