  <abstract type="Summary">In der Dissertation werden die Ergebnisse zur Synthese und Isolierung eines hypersilylstabilisierten P2N2-Biradikaloids sowie die Untersuchung der Reaktivität dieses Biradikaloids und die damit verbundenen Synthesen neuer Verbindungen präsentiert. Im Fokus dieser Arbeit standen dabei die Variation des organischen Restes von Terphenyl zu Hypersilyl zur Stabilisierung des 1,3-Diphospha-2,4-diazan-1,3-diyls und die erfolgreiche Isolierung dieser Verbindung. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt dieser Dissertation liegt in der Aufklärung der Reaktivität dieser Verbindung.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">In this thesis, the results of the synthesis and reactivity study of a silylated phosphorous centered biradicaloid ([P(μ-NHyp)]2) are presented. Reactivity investigations of [P(μ-NHyp)]2 led to the formation and isolation of several new cage compounds. The variation of the organic substituent from terphenyl to hypersilyl depending on the stability of the biradicaloid and the larger charge transfer of the hypersilyl group was in the focus of this work. The activation of small molecules as well as the activation of double-bond and triple-bond containing systems was shown.&lt;eng</abstract>
