  <abstract type="Summary">This study modified the MDCell process to generate regenerated cellulose films more effectively. Lithium chloride was found to act as an efficient plasticizer for regenerated cellulose films, increasing the elongation at break sevenfold. Furthermore, [N4,4,4,4]OH is able to dissolve large amounts of chitosan, enabling to create a homogeneous solution of cellulose and chitosan. By adjusting ratios, the biological and physicochemical properties of blended films can be tuned. These films, which degrade rapidly in soil and seawater, offer a sustainable alternative to fossil-based plastics.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Diese Studie modifizierte das MDCell-Verfahren zur effizienteren Herstellung regenerierter Cellulosefilme. Lithiumchlorid erwies sich als wirksamer Weichmacher und erhöhte die Bruchdehnung um das Siebenfache. Zudem löst [N4,4,4,4]OH große Mengen Chitosan und ermöglicht eine homogene Cellulose-Chitosan-Lösung. Durch Anpassung der Mischungsverhältnisse lassen sich die bio- und physikochemischen Eigenschaften der Filme einstellen. Diese in Boden und Meerwasser schnell abbaubaren Filme stellen eine nachhaltige Alternative zu erdölbasierten Kunststoffen dar&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
