  <abstract type="Summary">This thesis comprises four parts. First, attempts to synthesize phosphaalumenes using phospha‑Wittig reagents and Al(I) sources revealed transient intermediates that deactivate via dimerization or C–H activation. Second, a new azide‑Wittig reaction forms triazabutadienes from azides and aldehydes under mild conditions with broad scope. Third, bis‑phosphaalkene P,N,P ligands from carbazole give strong donors. Finally, Rh(I) complexes show distinct coordination and C–H activation, expanding phospha‑Wittig chemistry.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Diese Dissertation umfasst vier Teile. Erstens zeigten Syntheseversuche von Phosphaaluminen mit Phospha‑Wittig‑Reagenzien und Al(I)‑Quellen kurzlebige Zwischenprodukte, die durch Dimerisierung oder C–H‑Aktivierung deaktiviert werden. Zweitens führt eine neue Azid‑Wittig‑Reaktion unter milden Bedingungen zur Bildung von Triazabutadienen aus Aziden und Aldehyden. Drittens liefern Bis‑Phosphaalken‑P,N,P‑Liganden auf Carbazolbasis starke Donorfähigkeiten. Schließlich zeigen Rh(I)‑Komplexe besondere Koordination und C–H‑Aktivierung.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
