  <abstract type="Summary">Hydrogele sind dreidimensionale Netzwerke, die durch ihre wasseranziehende Polymerstruktur große Mengen an Wasser und biologischen Flüssigkeiten aufnehmen können, ohne dabei ihre Form zu verlieren oder sich aufzulösen. In dieser Arbeit wurden zunächst neuartige, halb-synthetische Hydrogele auf Basis von einem Glucose-Derivat in einer drei-Stufen-Synthese hergestellt. In einem zweiten Schritt erfolgte die Charakterisierung der Hydrogele hinsichtlich ihrer Eigenschaften. Dazu wurden die Quellungseigenschaften, das rheologische Verhalten und die Biokompatibilität untersucht.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Hydrogels are three-dimensional networks that can absorb large amounts of water and biological fluids due to their water-attracting polymer structure without losing their shape or dissolving. In this work, novel, semi-synthetic hydrogels based on a glucose derivative were first produced in a three-step synthesis. In a second step, the hydrogels were characterized with regard to their properties. For this purpose, the swelling properties, rheological behavior and biocompatibility were investigated.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
