  <abstract type="Summary">Für sensitive Analysen in der Bioanalytik sind hochreine Proben notwendig, was komplexe, arbeitsintensive Vorbereitungsprozesse erfordert. In dieser Arbeit wird ein flexibles Automationskonzept entwickelt und realisiert. Das System basiert auf einem kartesischen Pipettierroboter, in den zahlreiche Zusatzgeräte zur Automatisierung komplexer Probenvorbereitungsprozesse integriert werden. Anhand von vier beispielhaften Anwendungen werden die Qualität, die Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Nachhaltigkeit des Systems nachgewiesen.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">High-purity samples are necessary for sensitive analyses in bioanalytics, which requires complex, labor-intensive preparation processes. In this work, a flexible automation concept is developed and realized. The system is based on a Cartesian pipetting robot, into which numerous additional devices are integrated for the automation of complex sample preparation processes. Based on four exemplary applications, the quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of the system are demonstrated.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
