  <abstract type="Summary">For studies of the middle atmosphere (10-100 km), a transportable Doppler lidar for Mie, Rayleigh and resonance measurements has been extended to allow simultaneous measurements in multiple fields of view using optimised lens telescopes and a beam switching mechanism. Novel processing techniques based on the instrument's unique frequency-scanning measurement method are introduced, allowing accurate wind, aerosol and temperature retrievals. Results from test campaigns are compared with model data and Aeolus satellite measurements with good agreement, confirming the performance of the system.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Zur Untersuchung der mittleren Atmosphäre (10-100 km) wurde ein transportables Doppler-Lidar für Mie-, Rayleigh- und Resonanzmessungen erweitert, um mit optimierten Teleskopen und Strahlumschaltung gleichzeitige Messungen in mehreren Sichtfeldern zu ermöglichen. Neuartige Auswertemethoden, basierend auf der speziellen, spektralen Messmethode des Instruments, werden eingeführt und ermöglichen genaue Wind-, Aerosol- und Temperaturmessungen. Der Vergleich von Messergebnissen mit Modelldaten und Aeolus-Satellitenmessungen zeigt gute Übereinstimmung und somit die Leistungsfähigkeit des Systems.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
