  <abstract type="Summary">Inverters with low output current ripple are essential, and using three-level inverters, especially hybrid Si/SiC active neutral point clamped (ANPC) types, reduces filter size. While common in low-power applications, high-power uses face challenges due to high inductance in commutation loops. The 4SiC hybrid ANPC is better for high-power use, while the 2SiC struggles. This dissertation addresses challenges in the 2SiC topology, proposing solutions validated by a 500kW experimental model.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Wechselrichter mit geringer Stromwelligkeit sind wichtig. Dreistufige hybride Si/SiC ANPC-Wechselrichter reduzieren Filtergröße. In Hochleistungsanwendungen gibt es jedoch Herausforderungen durch hohe Induktivitäten in Kommutierungsschleifen. Der 4SiC-Hybrid-ANPC ist dafür besser geeignet, während der 2SiC Probleme hat. Diese Dissertation behandelt die speziellen Herausforderungen der 2SiC-Topologie und schlägt Lösungen vor, die durch ein 500kW-Experiment validiert wurden.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
