  <abstract type="Summary">Diese Arbeit untersucht synergistische Effekte zwischen Elektrosynthese und Photokatalyse anhand dreier Studien. Die Nutzung von elektrochemischen Mediatoren in der Photokatalyse wurde untersucht und ein allgemeines Konzept für weitere Übertragungen erarbeitet. Ebenso wurde eine DFT-Rechnungs-basierte Methode entwickelt, die die Bestimmung von Lebenszeiten angeregter Zustände in Radikalanionenphotokatalysatoren ermöglicht und mit experimentellen Daten unterstützt. Zuletzt wurde eine heterogen photokatalysierte Synthesemethode für die Newman-Kwart-Reaktion entwickelt und mechanistisch untersucht.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">This work investigates synergistic effects between electrosynthesis and photocatalysis on the basis of three studies. The use of electrochemical mediators in photocatalysis was evaluated and a general concept for further transfers was developed. Likewise, a DFT-calculation-based method was developed that enables the determination of lifetimes of excited states in radical anion photocatalysts and supported with experimental data. Finally, a heterogeneously photocatalyzed synthesis method for the Newman-Kwart reaction was developed and mechanistically investigated.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
