  <abstract type="Summary">In der Versorgung von Läsionen des Gelenkknorpels besteht bis heute ein großer Bedarf an der Optimierung zellbasierter Behandlungsstrategien. Die exogene biophysikalische Stimulation mittels elektrischer Felder stellt einen vielversprechenden Ansatz zur Unterstützung von reparativen Zelltherapien dar. Das Ziel der vorliegenden kumulativen Dissertation war, den Einfluss kapazitiv gekoppelter elektrischer Wechselfelder auf humane Chondrozyten hinsichtlich deren Differenzierungskapazität und Migration experimentell zu charakterisierten.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">In the treatment of lesions of articular cartilage, there is still a great need for the optimisation of cell-based treatment strategies. Exogenous biophysical stimulation using electric fields represents a promising approach to support reparative cell therapies. The aim of the present cumulative dissertation was to experimentally characterise the influence of capacitively coupled alternating electric fields on human chondrocytes with regard to their differentiation capacity and migration.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
