Durch eine Ileozökalresektion wurde ein Kurzdarmsyndrom in Wildtyp und Nod2 knockout Mäusen erzeugt. Der Verlauf wurde anhand klinischer Parameter (Gewicht, Wellnessscore, Stuhlkonsistenz), histomorphologischer Parameter (Zottenlänge, Kryptentiefe) und der mRNA-Expression von NHE3, DRA und CFTR sowie dem antimkrobiellen Peptids Lysozym beurteilt.<ger>
A ileocecal resection creates a short bowel syndrome in wildtype and Nod2 knockout mice. The clinical outcome was monitored (weight, wellness and stool consistence), as well as the villus hight and crypt depth was measured. Moreover, the mRNA expression of NHE3, DRA and CFTR and Lysozym was measured.<eng>
