  <abstract type="Summary">In der Arbeit werden patienten-individuelle Regelungsansätze zur Regelung des Therapiedruckes eines Atemtherapiegerätes vorgestellt. Mit Hilfe eines erzeugten kontinuierlichen Überdruckes (CPAP-Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) wird das obstruktive Schlafapnoesyndrom behandelt, welches durch einen Verschluss der oberen Atemwege charakterisiert ist. Die modellprädiktive und die iterativ lernende Regelung werden hinsichtlich Umsetzbarkeit auf einem vorhandenen Atemtherapiegerät untersucht. Beide Regelungskonzepte werden in einer Simulation, am Hardwaremodell und am Patienten untersucht.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">The intention of the thesis is to introduce patient-individual control concepts to maintain the therapy pressure of a breathing therapy device. The obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, which is characterized by an occlusion of the upper airways, is treated with the help of a generated continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). The model predictive and the iterative learning control are developed on an existing breathing therapy device for feasibility. Both control concepts are examined in a simulation, on the hardware model and on the patient.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
