  <abstract type="Summary">Die FAAH-Hemmung führt zu einer Verringerung der Degradation und damit zu einer verstärkten Cannabinoid-Wirkung. FAAH-Inhibitoren wirken promigrativ, zeit- und konzentrationsabhängig. FAAH-Substrate zeigten die gleiche promigratorische Wirkung. Der promigratorische Effekt ist kausal auf die Aktivierung der p42/44 MAPK sowie PPARα zurückzuführen: FAAH-Inhibitoren und -Substrate induzieren die p42/44-MAPK-Phosphorylierung, welche PPARα aktiviert, was ultimativ den promigratorischen Effekt induziert. Zusätzlich konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass FAAH-Inhibitoren die Osteogenese induzieren.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">Inhibition of FAAH results in reduced degradation and therefore increased effects of cannabinoids. FAAH inhibitors were found to increase the migration of ADSCs. FAAH substrates mimicked the promigratory action of FAAH inhibitors. Promigratory effects of FAAH inhibitors and substrates were causally linked to activation of p42/44 MAPKs, as well as PPARα: FAAH inhibitors and substrates cause p42/44 MAPK phosphorylation, which subsequently activates PPARα to confer increased migration of MSCs. Additionally it could be demonstrated that FAAH inhibitors induce osteogenesis.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
