  <abstract type="Summary">In the present work the energy metabolic phenotype of adipocytes, CD34+ cells of the stromal vascular fraction as well as mesenchymal stem cells after in vitro cultivation and differentiation, from adipose tissue was characterized. Osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, with an increase of proliferation appeared along with an increasing metabolic capacity in general and an increased glycolytic metabolism in specific. Adipogenic differentiation with reduced proliferation potential was accompanied by an increased oxidative capacity, in particular the mitochondrial lipid oxidation.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde der energie-metabolische Phänotyp von Adipozyten, von CD34+ Zellen der stromalen vaskulären Fraktion, sowie von mesenchymalen Stammzellen, nach in vitro zur Differenzierung, des Fettgewebes charakterisiert. Die osteogene Differenzierung mesenchymaler Stammzellen geht mit erhöhter Proliferation einher und ist gekennzeichnet durch eine Erhöhung der Stoffwechselkapazität, im Speziellen der glykolytischen. Adipogene Differenzierung, mit verminderter Proliferation, zeigte erhöhten oxidative Stoffwechsel, vor allem in der Kapazität zur mitochondrialen Lipidoxidation.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
