  <abstract type="Summary">Die vorliegende Dissertation behandelt die Synthese polykondensierter, aromatischer N,(S)-Heterozyklen durch LEWIS- und BRØNSTED-Säure vermittelte Zykloisomerisierungen. Dabei konnten diverse funktionalisierte Pyrrolonaphthyridine, Benzo- und Thienochinoline sowie symmetrische Dithieno- und Dibenzacridine über ein Bausteinprinzip synthetisiert werden. Für die Chinolin und Acridinderivate wurde weiterhin die Synthese von Konstitutionsisomeren untersucht. Ausgewählte Acridinderivate wurden hinsichtlich ihrer photophysikalischen und elektrochemischen Eigenschaften analysiert.&lt;ger&gt;</abstract>
  <abstract type="Summary">The present thesis addresses the synthesis of polycondensed, aromatic N,(S)-heterocycles via LEWIS and BRØNSTED acid mediated cycloisomerization reactions. Funktionalized pyrrolonaphthyridines, benzo and thienoquinolines were synthesized through simple building blocks as well as symmetric dithieno and diebenzoacridines. Furthermore the regioisomers of quinoline and acridine derivatives have been studied intensively. Absorption and emission spectra of selected acridines were examined to determine their photophysical properties next to electrochemical properties by cyclovoltammetric measurments.&lt;eng&gt;</abstract>
