Redundant RSS sensor readings using a diversity radio module and an adapted radio propagation model for tunnel environments are used to compensate the multipath fading behavior for a more accurate ranging. With an improved weighted centroid localization approach and additional plausibility filter techniques for position estimates, a reliable tracking in indoor multipath environments is feasible using low-cost infrastructure components. %L 621.384191 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %U http://rosdok.uni-rostock.de/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2015-0182-3 %U http://rosdok.uni-rostock.de/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2015-0182-3&pdf %U http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2015-0182-3
