Fak., Diss., 2014 %X Using the non-ionic detergent Triton X-114, hydrophobic proteins and possible Alzheimer's disease related amyloid beta 42 oligomer species were extracted from mouse brain tissue. Extracted proteins were identified following SDS PAGE by LC-MS/MS data analysis and characterised based on the relation of grand average hydropathicity index (GRAVY) to extraction phase, cellular location and function. A SEC-MS method was developed with the prospective aim of providing simultaneous detection of multiple oligomeric Abeta 42 species using characteristic charge state distributions. %L 543.84 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %U http://rosdok.uni-rostock.de/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2014-0113-4 %U http://rosdok.uni-rostock.de/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2014-0113-4&pdf %U http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-diss2014-0113-4
