Fak., Diss., 2010 %X This work shows the applicability of three biochip types with integrated microelectrodes. To differentiate thermal and athermal effects, action potentials (AP) of dielectrophoretically positioned neuronal networks were detected under HF-EMF exposition on the Si-neurochip. AP of nerves and cardiomyocytes were detected with the modular glass chip system MOGS.
