The synthesis of (benzo-)furylphosphine ligands enabled the development of highly efficient cobalt catalysts for the isomerization of allylamines to enamines. Furthermore, the developed ligands were successfully applied in the palladium-catalyzed telomerization of 1,3-butadiene. In addition, ruthenium-based catalyst systems enabling the selective deuterium labeling of pharmaceutically relevant 2-propylbenzimidazole derivatives are presented. %L 540 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005821 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005821 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005821
