In 21 CRC cell lines, TTF induced microtubule disruption, mitotic defects, metabolic stress, DNA damage, and apoptosis. NAALADL1 was upregulated in resistant cells; its knockdown enhanced TTF sensitivity by stabilizing microtubules and inducing G2/M arrest. Virtual screening identified Lumacaftor and Bestatin as synergistic with TTF, highlighting NAALADL1 as a promising target for personalized CRC therapy. %L 570 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005800 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005800 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005800-2 %U https://d-nb.info/1420686534/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005800
