Evaluate the cellular and biocompatibility properties of synthetic bone substitutes with metal ions and collagen-based barrier membranes. Assessments used subcutaneous or calvarial implantation models, focusing on macrophage-driven inflammatory patterns and tissue regeneration. Aligned with 3R principles, it also investigates jellyfish collagen to optimize in vitro cell culture and improve the accuracy of cellular compatibility predictions. %L 610 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005766 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005766 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005766
