%X This dissertation introduces itsVALUE: a method, modeling notation, and ADOxx-based toolset for stakeholder value-oriented IT Service Management. It addresses a key gap in ITSM by focusing on perceived stakeholder value. itsVALUE integrates established modeling approaches (e.g., VSM 4.0, VDML) into a coherent framework with artifacts like the Value Perception Model. Developed iteratively and validated through a real-world case & external evaluation, the method proves highly applicable and relevant, offering strong potential for future research, enterprise modeling, and digital transformation.<eng>
