The focus was on the detection of classical (metals) and the investigation of possible future tracers (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) for ship exhaust aerosols in MS from different marine fuels. This work is mainly based on measurements of real ambient aerosols. The studies presented include a case study, further emission measurements of different fuels on a ship engine on a test rig, and an extensive measurement campaign in the port of Rostock. %L 500 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005559 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005559 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005559
