High moisture (55%) and low LHV (5.4 MJ/kg) made it unsuitable for RDF, but 80-90% combustibility shows promise. Four RDF scenarios were modeled; RDFP-3 - drying RDF and using low-grade RDF at the cement plant proved most cost-effective with a 6-year payback. Scaling to 6,500 Mg/day could replace 608,000 Mg/year of coal and cut CO₂ by 586,000 Mg/year. Emissions can meet Indonesian standards. %L 333.7 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005456 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005456 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005456
