This study found no significant impact of clip type, age, biopsy direction, or breast density on migration, but severe bleeding was linked to higher migration rates. Histopathological findings showed 64% benign lesions, 9.9% uncertain, and 21.4% intraductal carcinoma. Clip migration >1 cm was associated with higher rates of negative specimen radiography and affected margins in subsequent surgeries. Further research on lesion location and depth is recommended. %L 610 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005149 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005149 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005149-1 %U https://d-nb.info/1393157068/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005149
