%X On the potential for seasonal to decadal (S2D) predictions for Baltic Sea physics. MOM6 was used to compute a large ensemble of the Baltic Sea. The ensemble was analyzed regarding predictability timescales of salinity, temperature and ice cover. Therefore memory timescales of these variables were identified and an attempt was made to predict future forcing on the Sea using a novel subsampling method.<eng>
