In the first study, we showed that corticosterone elevation is an important parameter for the assessment of distress in mice. In the second study, we analyzed the diagnostic value of a distress score, burrowing activity and body weight change in animal models of liver fibrosis. In the third study, the power of single and multiple parameters to determine an early humane endpoint was analyzed. %L 570 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005031 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005031 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005031-6 %U https://d-nb.info/1385075201/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005031
