Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 can adopt different trophic modes. In this dissertation, the role of protein phosphorylation in acclimation processes was investigated. Global proteome and phospho-proteome studies with Synechocystis under changing CO2 levels were performed and found many responsive phosphorylation events. Furthermore, the role of the 12 serine/threonine protein kinases (SpkA-L) in acclimation processes was analyzed under different environmental conditions in Synechocystis mutants. %L 500 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00005006 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005006 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005006-0 %U https://d-nb.info/1382476965/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005006
