While common in low-power applications, high-power uses face challenges due to high inductance in commutation loops. The 4SiC hybrid ANPC is better for high-power use, while the 2SiC struggles. This dissertation addresses challenges in the 2SiC topology, proposing solutions validated by a 500kW experimental model. %L 621.3 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004862 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004862 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004862-8 %U https://d-nb.info/1372071849/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004862
