It presents the synthesis of novel bimetallic iron complexes for the target reaction. The second part explores heterogenized copper-based photosensitizers with titanium dioxide for CO2 reduction, showing enhanced activity and efficiency. The third part focuses on developing aqueous-phase photocatalytic CO2 reduction using natural and mutagenized enzymes with a Ru-based photosensitizer. A new approach for identification of suitable enzymes based on structural analysis was developed. %L 540 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004857 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004857 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004857-5 %U https://d-nb.info/1370896204/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004857
