At his, in vitro proliferation assays showed that the application of CD271+ stem cells results in improved angiogenic potential and the combination of CD133+ and CD271+ cells seems to be the most effective approach. Furthermore, an in vivo analysis has been performed in a mouse-model with ligation of the left anterior descendent artery. %L 500 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004808 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004808 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004808-9 %U https://d-nb.info/136824288X/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004808
