The properties of the mild solution for different initial conditions are studied. The analytical part of the work ends with the presentation of the linearized equation and a stability analysis. In addition, the equations are solved numerically using the continuation method. The algorithm is tested on the isothermal quantum hydrodynamic equations and compared with the literature.
