Literature review of drug repurposing analysis was conducted to find tools that use transcriptomics data as input. RNA-seq technology was used to simultaneously study the gene expression of both the host (human) and the pathogen (S. pyogenes and Influenza A virus). The host expression was used as input for drug repurposing analysis to identify potential drugs for anti-infective treatment. %L 000 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004514 %U https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004514 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004514-9 %U https://d-nb.info/1315379406/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004514
