%X This doctoral dissertation explored novel biomarkers that could reinforce diagnostic accuracy and predict disease progression in the early phases of AD. Such biomarkers are expected to allow the stratification of individuals based on the risk associated with their specific pathology burden, i.e., region-specific cortical amyloidosis and lipids dysregulations. Both approaches enabled higher precision in research participants' characterization, which could be crucial in planning clinical trials and adopting new interventions in prevention trials.<eng>
