The objective of the work was to characterize P speciation and transformation at boundaries between land and sea. Samples were analyzed by sequential P fractionation, P X-ray absoprtion near edge structure spectroscopy and 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results confirmed a transition from labile Fe- and Al P in terrestrial soils towards stable Ca-P in aquatic sediments. To protect aquatic ecosystems from further P inputs, sinks for P have to be preserved. %L 333.7 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004187 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004187 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004187-9 %U https://d-nb.info/1293540420/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004187
