Mesenchymal stem cells are attractive for tissue engineering due to their interaction with various immune cells and their expression and secretion of various soluble factors. Therefore, we investigated the proliferation and differentiation potential, surface markers and gene expression profile of MSC. For a successful application of MSC in tissue engineering, a detailed knowledge of these processes is essential. %L 610 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004068 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004068 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004068-6 %U https://d-nb.info/1293539511/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004068
