The influence of light on ad- and desorption of CO2 was investigated on different zinc oxide, titania and cerium zirconium oxide nanomaterials by means of DRIFTS and TPD method. The phenomenon of “IR-Blackening” was observed and found to be caused by interaction between phonons and electrons. No direct influence of UV-Irradiation on adsorption of CO2 on zinc oxide was confirmed, while on titania the preference changed under irradiation. %L 333.7 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00004025 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004025 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004025-0 %U https://d-nb.info/1293539198/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004025
