Suitable candidate genes were identified to investigate potentially inadequate husbandry conditions as well as ontogenetic processes at the transcriptional level. Furthermore, it could be shown that reduced oxygen saturation (40%) and increased water temperatures (25 °C) do not lead to severe stress responses in juvenile fish. %L 500 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00003881 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003881 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003881-8 %U https://d-nb.info/1293538167/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003881
