The results show that the effects depend on the environmental conditions, which are in turn affected by the peatland’s land-use history. The interaction of geochemical and hydrophysical soil properties determines the mobility of solutes. Initial leaching and desorption processes and, later on, an enhanced, sulfate-related decomposition of organic matter may lead to nutrient emission into adjacent aquatic ecosystems. %L 550 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00003385 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003385 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003385-2 %U https://d-nb.info/1293535621/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003385
