The native Al2O3 layer impedes the solderability of Al components. However, strong solder joints can be formed when suitable surface coatings are used. The formation of solder joints and the relevant fundamental properties of these joints and coatings are evaluated. %L 620 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00003383 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003383 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003383-9 %U https://d-nb.info/1293535591/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003383
