We observed that IgG failed to significantly influence tumor cell viability and tumor growth; however, it significantly inhibited the cytotoxic activity of oxaliplatin in vitro. In addition, we observed that oxaliplatin-induced the activation of ERK; however, IgG inhibits ERK activity. This implies that the application of therapeutical IgG to treating patients, which are receiving oxaliplatin, might have harmful side effects. %L 570 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00003037 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003037 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003037-4 %U https://d-nb.info/1293663751/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003037
