In an extensive study, SPS process parameters and their influence on the material properties were systematically investigated to provides a better understanding of the sintering mechanisms occurring during SPS. Additionally, the proton diffusion and their confinement within the crystal structure were investigated by neutron spectroscopy. As an outlook, a proof of concept with an SPS process for co-sintering of membrane-electrode-assemblies with an application in protonic ceramic electrolysers is given. %L 530 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00003003 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003003 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003003-7 %U https://d-nb.info/1293663239/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003003
