The Venturi-DBD is an intermediate-pressure dielectric barrier discharge system for the generation of different reactive oxygen and nitrogen species compositions. The chemical processes decisive for the species composition are identified and the complete concept including the process control is implemented in a prototype. Primary fields of application for the concept and the prototype are basic research and engineering in plasma medicine and decontamination. %L 621.3 %9 theses %9 Text %9 Hochschulschrift %R 10.18453/rosdok_id00002782 %U http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00002782 %U https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00002782-2 %U https://d-nb.info/129366099X/34 %U https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00002782
